I'm a lover and a fighter; a fated optimist on an eternal quest for harmony; a graceful clutz following my bliss and finding beauty in contrast.  I have an unquenchable thirst for music and water; hoping to satisfy my wanderlust and see the world one show at a time.  I love to dance 'til my legs turn to jelly, laugh 'til i can't catch my breath, cry at touching moments, be a shoulder to lean on, give really deep hugs and feel the sun on my skin.

I'm on a lifelong yogic journey and feel so blessed to study with amazing yogis and share it with others.  After 9 years I feel this deep and ancient wisdom permeate through every aspect of my life.  I will always be grateful to work towards harmony where my chakras are aligned and my prana flows with creativity.

I'm a million different people from one day to the next… a professional communicator, yogic guide, dancer and proprietor of freelance intelligence… 

By way of Hong Kong, Australia and London, I'm a Cali-girl at heart and will always live by the beach!  Currently living as bi-coastally as I can - New York is my second home, where my sister lives and loves.  She is my other half and best friend.  I am so thankful I get to grow old with her!

My parents were born and married in Egypt and graduated from the University of Cairo together.  As educated Catholics they found it extremely difficult to evolve and succeed in what has become a dangerous and volatile region.  It is not the promising mecca they grew up in anymore.  In 1969, they filled two suitcases and immigrated to New York City.  It was an incredibly couragous life change and my sister and I owe our blessed and progressive life to their foresight and strength!  My father traveled the world as an international banker and he and my mother were our guides every day.  They continue to be my inspiration as they thrive in each phase of life to help others, enjoy, learn and continually grow.  They support me in my adventures of love, career and creativity.  They are true love!

Music has always been the catalyst to my most prolific moments and I ALWAYS have tickets!  I have been to over 300 live shows since 1992… Guns & Roses/Metallica, baby!  I was 13 years old and just awakening to my journey of self-awareness.  And thus began my deeply satisfying love affair with music.  My friends are all joyful artistic beings and we ARE the party!
